Setting the Standard for Luxury Living

1). All Returns must be requested within 30 days of Order Date. To submit a return:

• In The Subject Line: Please Input Order #
• In The Body:  Please Provide The Item Name & Any Applicable Photo(s)

2). Buyer's Remorse - Purchaser is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our facility. Subject to a 15% restocking fee.

3). Damaged Item(s) Claim - Must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. 

4). Non-Returnable Items (Buyer's Remorse): Mirrors, Custom Orders, & Upholstered Items.

5). Refunds - Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving item(s) back.
